This is a COMPLETE quilt kit of the Home Town Quilt Seeds and Finishing kit so you can order 1 quilt kit and have it all!!  This is a spectacular, amazingly beautiful quilt!  Kit includes ALL 9 of the quilt seeds neighborhood homes PLUS the finishing kit.  Instructions are also included with each house and the finishing kit has its own instructions.    Backing is sold separately.  

Everything is pieced- no applique required.  

The scalloped border is optional and additional instructions how to create, cut bias binding, sew on, and bind a scalloped border are not included.  However, there are a LOT of YouTube videos that were very helpful for me.
