Hello Quilters!
We’re so excited to share all that is in store for The Quilt Barn in December and 2026!
Firstly, we want to thank you for an amazing year! We opened the doors of our brick and mortar location in April and it has been such a joy to connect with you and see your beautiful projects. It was amazing to watch the classroom space transform during our duffle bag class, going from an empty space to filled with happy quilters and their humming machines. Thank you to all who helped us make it a reality! (Stay tuned for lots of fun classes in 2026!)

We are running a 12 Days of Christmas Sale, in store and online! It's a perfect time to pick up the fabric or tool that you've been eyeing!

Madalyn joined The Quilt Barn in November to assist us with the website, social media, and lots of other fun projects! She's orginally from Boise Idaho and moved to La Grande with her husband this summer. When she’s not sewing, she enjoys cross stitching, listening to audiobooks, and baking sourdough bread.
She can’t wait to meet all of you!
We are gearing up to solve some mysteries in 2026!
Here at The Quilt Barn, we're thrilled to bring you an exclusive quilting experience like no other! As a Charter Member of Mystery Five-0, we're delivering extraordinary mysteries and mini-mysteries designed to spark creativity, build community, and keep you guessing.
The first mystery is Lucky Break Mini-Mystery!
and will result in a 16”x40” table runner or door hanger.
You can select from our carefully curated bundles that will look great in Lucky Break. OR, if you want to dig into your stash, we will share a video in our Facebook Group that will help guide you with your fabric choices.
This mystery is a virtual event happening in our Mystery Five-0 Facebook Group on Saturday, January 10th. Join our group and watch for details at our Facebook Group and watch for our fabric bundles on our site!

Classes
As we mentioned before, our class space is now up and running! Yay! Layne taught an excellent patchwork duffle bag class in November. The results are beautiful!
We now have Open Sew Days on Wednesdays! Bring your current work-in-progress or start a new project! Your sign-up fee holds your spot in our classroom and gives you access to a cutting table and an ironing board. Bring your own sewing machine and quilting tools.
Bookmark our classes page on the website to see what else is added for 2026! It's a good idea to follow our Facebook and Instagram too. Class space is limited, so you don't want to miss out on signing up!
