Hello Friends!

Guess what?  We are ready to have our very first class in our classroom!  We have a few loose ends to tidy up in the classroom, but it's looking AMAZING!

Our first class is going to be the Patchwork Duffle Bag.  There are 3 variations to make this bag, and they are explained in the informational handout you will receive once you sign up for the class.  The instructor has additional "add-ons" she will teach in the class too!  

Please call the shop at 541-962-5342, stop in person, or email us at thequiltbarn2022@gmail.com if you are interested in getting signed up.  I am working on getting a class calendar created online to make things easier going forward.  You will then be able to see future classes and easily sign up on our website.  Below are some photos of the different variations.  Please note you will have some pre-class homework to do (quilting your bag fabric and stitching 1/8 inch around each piece before class).  By doing this, we anticipate you to be able to finish this bag or come close.  

When is the class?  It will be a two-day class November 8th and the 15th from 10-2:30 each day.  The class cost is $50 and you will need to write a separate check or bring cash to provide to the instructor on the first day.

We are over the moon excited to finally get a class on the books and our classroom ready!  This is a fantastic bag too!!  I have one myself and have used it and LOVE it!!  You could make additional bags for Christmas gifts, too!
