Chenille Hot Pad Class - November 9th 2026

Learn the fun and versatile technique of creating chenille fabric while making a set of cozy, practical hot pads!
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to layer, stitch, and cut fabric to create the soft, textured chenille effect. As you make your hot pads, you’ll discover the ins and outs of the technique and how it transforms ordinary fabric into something wonderfully dimensional and plush.
And the best part? Chenille isn’t just for hot pads! Once you learn the technique, you can use it on all kinds of future sewing and quilting projects—from pillows and bags to quilts, blankets, and more.
Come learn a new technique, make something useful, and leave with the skills to keep creating with chenille!
