Quilted Jacket

Let your personality shine through! Make the blocks per the pattern or grab your favorite panel, orphan blocks, and additional fabric and customize for yourself! 

      

Materials: 

• Pattern - Beachcomber Jacket Pattern
• Panel, orphan blocks, additional coordinating fabric (If using blocks, please have them completed before class)
• Sweatshirt - use a sweatshirt one size bigger than you'd normally wear.
• Lining - if desired

Tools:

• Walking foot and/or hopping foot (can be helpful)
• Standard sewing supplies (machine, thread, pins, rotary cutter, scissors, etc)
• Basting Pins (hold quilt sandwich together while quilting)

Things to think about when deciding/designing what you want to do:

• Do you want to add pockets to the front? (would cover some design area)

• Do you want to add buttons? (Loop and long button)

The Quilt Barn Class Policies

• The class fee must be paid in full at the time of registration. You are not considered registered until the fee is paid. Class sizes are limited; we recommend early sign-ups.
• If a class is full, you are welcome to get on the wait list to be notified if there is a cancellation.Open seats are on a first come first serve basis. 
• Supplies or materials required for class are not included in the class fee unless noted.  If a pattern or special tool is listed, each student is required to purchase their own.
• Please be aware that some classes require homework prior to class day.
• Supply lists are available in the event on our online calendar. 
• If you cannot attend a class after registering, please let us know 7 days beforehand in order to receive a refund. If you notify us in less than 7 days, you will receive a store credit. No call and no show will not be refunded or credited. 
• The class schedule, size and cancellations are at the discretion of the instructor(s)  Any class not meeting the minimum enrollment may be canceled. 
• Classes that are canceled by the instructor or The Quilt Barn will be refunded in full. 

• The safety of our customers is very important to us.  In the event of inclement weather, please call or message the shop before coming in. 

• Gift certificate values cannot be used for classes.
